Role Overview
As the Electrical Manager for Solar, Battery Storage, and EV, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle—from initial planning to successful installation and client handover. You will lead a skilled team of electricians, ensuring safety, quality, and technical excellence in all operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage solar, battery storage, and EV projects from conception to completion.
- Supervise and mentor a team of qualified electricians.
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients to deliver customised renewable energy solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in renewable energy technologies.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 2391-52: Level 3 Award in Inspection and Testing.
- City & Guilds 2399-13: Solar PV Installation qualifications.
- City & Guilds 2399-42/43: Battery Storage qualifications.
- City & Guilds 2919-01: EV Charger Installation qualifications.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification is desirable.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Experience in solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging installations.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Working Hours and Location
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week, can be flexible depending on business needs.
- Based near Bedworth, CV12 9NH.
- Primarily office-based with occasional site visits.
